• Processing: Your uploaded content is sent to our AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating your quizzes.
• No Training: Unless you explicitly opt-in via a specific enterprise agreement, we do not use your Customer Content to train our foundation AI models for other customers.
• Data Retention: AI providers may temporarily retain data for abuse monitoring (typically up to 30 days) but do not use it for training.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Process transactions and manage billing.
• Generate AI quizzes and summaries upon your request.
• Send you technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete your data from our active databases, though some data may remain in backups for a limited period or be retained for legal compliance (e.g., billing records).
